aditi also recalled that her first scene on sanjay leela bhansali’s set was with ranveer singh, an actor she has known since their early days in the industry. “ranveer looked at me and said, ‘adu, you know that you’re living the dream, right?’ (leaving mani ratnam’s set and coming to sanjay leela bhansali’s set) he was shaking me, and i realized, ‘you’re right, you’re right.’ it was really, really incredible

she continued to express her fondness towards slb as she admitted, “i love sanjay, sir. i just love working with him. he creates this incredible atmosphere for us, and he loves his actors and characters. everything he does comes from love and extreme passion. it’s very inspiring and amazing to see. everybody talks about how he challenges his actors, but he challenges himself the most to find that magic, to keep creating, to find something almost ephemeral. it’s an experience
